Your Duties:

You will be there to support all the individuals within the service in a person centred way.
You will have a strong management style to support the Registered Manager. 
There may be responsibilities for writing rotas, and supervisions to support the team that you are leading.
We may require that you work a variety of our shift patterns, with some sleep in responsibilities expected.
It is vital that we recruit the right people for our teams that will be there to support the individuals.
You will be responsible for all duties to ensure a safe, welcoming and warm environment with engaging activities.

Your Skills:

You will be a creative thinker, who is quick to learn and able to adapt to meet the changing needs of our service.

We want someone who is kind, compassionate, friendly and supportive.
You will be positive when supporting the needs of all individuals to create a warm and safe environment.
