£375 - £450  per day (dependent on experience)

Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)



An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Local Authority in London for a Senior Practice Development Lead to directly support the way services are delivered within a Youth Service setting. You will support the Director and the Head of Service on the Quality Assurance work stream.

This role is being offered on a hybrid basis with the expectation of 3/4 days per week on site. CVs are being reviewed immediately with interviews taking place the week commencing Monday July 8th
 

About your role as Senior Practice Development Lead:
  • Within this role you will play an integral part in leading and supporting the redesign and transformation within the service and the continuous role out of ‘safe spaces’ and ‘youth centres’ within the borough.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the HOS and Director and lead on arrangements relating to Quality Assurance
  • You will lead workforce development and learning reviews across the Youth Justice Service.  
About your Experience:
  • A Social work qualification isn’t essential, but the candidate must have a Youth related qualification.
  • Experience working on the Quality Assurance process and infrastructure.
  • A sound understanding of the Youth subject matter.
  • Extensive practice development, practice improvement, auditing, and the creation of frameworks and tool kits experience.
  • Updated DBS
