Job Title: Inventory Controller

Location: Derby

Contract Details: Approx 10 weeks, may lead to other opportunities for the right candidate

- Working Pattern: Full Time

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 ( depending on experience)

· Responsibilities :

As an Inventory Controller, you will play a vital role in managing our client's inventory and ensuring efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:

· Exhibiting excellent client-facing skills and a keen attention to detail.

· Demonstrating a good working knowledge of stores and inventory management.

· Utilising your engineering product knowledge to effectively handle inventory.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages to track and manage inventory data.

· Previous experience within an engineering stores environment would be advantageous.

· Holding a full driving licence to facilitate effective inventory transport - ideal but not essential

· Showing a willingness to learn and develop in the role.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent client facing and attention to detail skills.

· Good working knowledge of stores and inventory management.

· Good engineering product knowledge.

· Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.

· Previous experience within an Engineering stores environment / Trade Counter would be advantageous.

· Full driving licence an advantage

· Willingness to learn and develop.
