Are you a skilled Maintenance Planner with expertise in CMMS systems? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Avonmouth. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our maintenance operations and ensuring equipment reliability through effective planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize work orders and allocate resources efficiently.
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance activities, making adjustments to schedules as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, evaluate equipment reliability, and recommend improvements to maintenance processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Maximo, SAP PM, or similar software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Relevant technical certification or degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field is preferred.

Package:

• Salary: £49,000 per annum
• 10% bonus (5% personal performance, 5% company performance)
• Working hours: 7:30 a.m.– 4 p.m. with half-hour flexibility, Monday to Friday
• Holiday entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
