Office hours are 9-6.
Duties:
- Ensure high-quality project delivery with thorough QA before leaving the office
- Deliver projects within budget and program constraints
- Provide design and technical direction for projects
- Facilitate reviews and design sessions
- Maintain regular contact with clients and design teams
- Oversee and support project teams
Requirements:
- ARB registered and Masters qualified Architect
- Previous experience working at Project Architect or a project running level would be beneficial
- Expert Revit user is a must
- Background in Stage 4-5 project phases is essential
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of technical competency
- High quality portfolio of previous projects
- Experience delivering projects to deadline
- Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, and team members
