Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team as a Senior Accountant / Accounts Assistant Manager. You will work closely with the Accounts Manager in a role that offers variety and responsibility. Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts Production
• Corporation Tax and Compliance
• Personal Tax
• Management Accounts for a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large groups
• Leading significant projects and handling complex accounts
• Developing Accountant Trainees and deputizing for the Accounts Manager

Requirements:

• Qualified (ACCA/ICAEW) or qualified by experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a role as Accountant / Senior Accountant
• Strong technical competence as an Accountant / Senior Accountant
• Proficient in accountancy software (experience with Sage, Xero, and CCH is advantageous)
• Excellent communication skills and personable demeanor
• Must be a permanent UK citizen with full work rights and a full driving licence
