An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to continue to grow their Building Surveying Team by hiring a competent Chartered Building Surveyor based out of Manchester. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become a key member of the team, providing technical advice and support on various Building Surveying services.
We require an Chartered Building Surveyor to hold:
• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Qualified with MRICS or MCIOB
• Commercial experience
• Both project and professional services experience
Salary + Benefits
•£60,000 - £70,000 base salary DoE
• Car Allowance/Company Car Scheme
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension scheme/Healthcare
