Founded in 1924, Kenilworth Rugby Club provides rugby playing opportunities for men, women, boys and girls and we pride ourselves on being a rugby club for the benefit of the whole community.

Role Description:

Kenilworth RFC are searching for a committed, proactive Clubhouse Manager who would enjoy working in our exciting and friendly rugby club. The Clubhouse Manager will promote and grow the business, hire and train staff, and ensure that members and guests are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service.  You will also manage inventory and resources, plan promotional events, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses and update vendor contracts, create schedules, and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction.

In order to succeed as a Clubhouse Manager, you will combine creative thinking with commercial acumen. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving, observation, and interpersonal skills. At all times you will be an ambassador for the Club, provide a visible presence during opening hours, representing the Club in a professional and friendly manner.
