About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN-TA specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position with a competitive daily rate of £85-£100. The role has become available due to the expansion of our SEN department to better support our students' needs.

You will be working closely with a supportive and passionate team, making a significant impact on the lives of children with ASD. The role involves working with small groups and one-on-one with students, providing tailored support to enhance their educational experience. Our small class sizes allow for personalised attention, ensuring each student's individual needs are met.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs is beneficial.

• A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with ASD.

• Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching methods to meet students' needs.

• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
