We are recruiting for a Qualified & Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser working directly with an established Estate Agent supporting two branches. Competitive and guaranteed basic salary of £30-£35K depending on experience with OTE of £65K+

Working as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor you will ensure the growth of the Business and will focus on gaining the trust and business of your Estate Agency colleagues, prospective clients and building a portfolio of strong relationships. Customer Service is an important factor for relationships and return business.
On a daily basis, your working day will include gathering information from colleagues, preparation for future appointments and generating new business.
Furthermore, your role as an adviser is to ensure your client fully understands the products and services available to them and that they receive correct and compliant financial advice.
You will play a significant part in your client’s home-buying journey by being there every step of the way until they receive the keys to their brand-new home and liaising with our Estate Agency staff to ensure they can do the same
To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or are a current Mortgage and Protection Adviser within an Estate Agency or a New Homes division.
