Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of FM works with a focus on the development and growth of the region. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to company policies, and the achievement of financial and performance targets while maintaining the highest levels of health and safety. The Operations Manager will lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.


What you'll bring

As Operations Manager, your main skills and experience will include the following criteria:

Essential Criteria

* Possess significant experience in managing FM operations, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a team.
* Track record of improving operational processes and achieving performance targets.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
* Commitment to delivering high levels of client satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
* Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
* Be self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Desirable Criteria

* Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Membership of CIOB / IWFM or equivalent.
