Seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary School Teacher with SEN experience to join the team starting in September 2024.

Join a dedicated team at a Secondary School in Ealing where we are committed to providing exceptional Teachers and support staff. They are currently looking to recruit a passionate Secondary SEND Teacher who is committed to promoting student development providing exceptional support for students with Autism and Learning Difficulties. Our school community is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • experience teaching KS3, particulary year 7 
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs and abilities of students with SEN including Autism
  • Implement differentiated instruction strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to student learning and growth.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods as needed to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievements, attendance, and behavior.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on student progress and collaborate on intervention strategies.
