Job Title; Assembly Line Operative
Salary; £13.79 - £14.87 per hour
Shift Pattern; Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 4.35pm / 5.00pm - 3.35am rotating shifts - Additional shift every other Friday when working on AM shift
Location; Banbury
Jacob Thomas Associates are proud to represent a Top 100 employer, Tier 1 Automotive supplier seeking Assembly Line Operatives to join our client based in Banbury, an established manufacturer with a strong presence in their market who supply to a number of reputable brands. Duties will include operating machinery and using tools to ensure a quality finish on products in line with production targets.
The Assembly Line Operative Role;
- Operating machinery and monitoring production
- Loading and unloading materials and products
- Assembling goods and materials for automotive companies
- Performing quality checks to minimise nonconformance
- Working to meet deadlines and production targets
The Assembly Line Operative Candidate;
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Able to operate tools and machinery
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping skills
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
