As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be joining our global HQ in Newcastle, where you'll join a highly successful team of experienced Recruitment Consultants. You will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end, recruitment process including outbound business development calls to new clients, to win their business, as well as proactive candidate sourcing to find suitable candidates for your clients' needs!

You will be required to use selling and negotiation skills on multiple levels to win new business and secure candidates!

Skills we are looking for:

• Passionate, outgoing and confident individuals
• Driven to succeed within a sales and target based role
• If you have experience working to and exceeding sales targets (direct sales, outbound contact centres for example, but not limited to this) this would be great,
• Confident making outbound cold calls to potential clients and candidates
• Dedicated and determined to succeed, this is key, as recruitment, like any sales role, can have good days as well as bad
• Someone who wants to provide the best service to their clients and candidates
• Highly motivated and proactive, this isn't your typical 9-5 job - you are responsible for building your own client and candidate base.
