TSA Surveying are a rapidly expanding Recruitment business who specialise in the Built Environment and specifically within Building Surveying.

Due to consistent growth in a very buoyant market, our Housing Division is recruiting for a Consultant to support the demand from our longstanding and loyal client base and to also assist in developing this client base further.

Our clients specialise in capturing information relating to asset management and energy to support the long term planning of investment and spending on their housing portfolios. Specifically, we identify, interview, engage and place Stock Condition Surveyors, Domestic Energy Assessors and Retrofit Assessors with specialist Building Consultants who provide services local authorities and housing associations who are striving to meet Government Carbon Net Zero targets by 2050.

This job provides an opportunity to become a specialist in a niche and engaging sector. 

Expect to be:

• Engaging with candidates on our existing data base by phone to establish circumstances and availability
• Generating new candidates by advertising and networking
• Interviewing candidates and preparing CV’s
• Matching to client requirements and submitting CV’s
• Negotiating rates and issuing contracts
• Identifying and engaging with future client prospects
• Client and Candidate aftercare
