A well-established M&E contractor specialising in residential, student accommodation and hotel projects across the UK is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee a residential fit-out project located in Paddington.  

This company has cemented its status as a leading competitor in the building services market and is one of the industry's largest independent contractors.

Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of various subcontractors, foreman and chargehands
  • Establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project
  • Taking responsibility for health and safety on site and leading by example
  • Identifying materials and equipment that may be required
  • Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications
  • Conducts quality control inspections on project sites
  • Ensuring that contractor activities are properly co-ordinated
  • Toolbox talks and inductions
