RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL – HARPENDEN

Our small, friendly and well-established client law firm based in Harpenden is currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with Plot Sales and New Builds experience to join their structured team.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with some HNW clients on both sales and purchases and have a good understanding of the general Residential transactional procedures involved in sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.

Should you have at least 2-3 years behind you in this practice area, with a good understanding of the residential conveyancing procedures involved, from inception to completion and post completion to registration at HM Land Registry, then we would like to hear from you.

Case Management Systems experience would be helpful.

This role may be suitable for an experienced Paralegal looking to enhance their legal career or could consider a Law Graduate who has at least a couple of years behind them working in Residential Property and who is looking to build their career further down the line with a TC.

Salary: upto £27,000pa dep on exp + Pension + Insurance

Start date: Asap

Holidays: 20 days plus 4 extra + Bank Holidays.

Hours: 9-5.30pm

No hybrid working

Skills & Requirements: Paralegal, with experienced in Residential Conveyancing and at least 2-3 years in this practice area. Use of Case Management Systems, helpful; must be IT Literate.
