I am working for an exciting business within the beauty industry with their team of experts specialising in various beauty aspects. My client has a team of professionals, so every customer leaves salons feeling confident. With over ten years' experience within this space this brand is not stopping here, the growth is huge & a really exciting time to join their journey.
Responsibilities:
- To work to achieve profit targets and identify areas of cost reduction.
- To continuously strive to improve and deliver results in accordance with set budgets and key objectives.
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained daily, acting on absence and sickness and creating monthly rosters and distributing these.
- To conduct performance reviews, investigation meetings, disciplinary hearings and capability hearings and ensuring everyone is on track to their best ability.
- Lead effective and engaging team meetings, reporting back on key issues and questions raised.
- Ensure the high standard of customer service for all clients is always met and effectively dealing with customer complaints & producing new ideas to improve this.
- To ensure that salons are adequately stocked from a variety of sources; monitor the effectiveness of stock generation.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative matters, including Health and Safety and to maintain records for inspection.
- Create an inspiring and positive team environment with an open communication culture.
You are:
• Great people manager and used to managing & maintaining large teams across multiple sites.
- Used to working against strict targets & deadlines.
- Efficiently solves issues / problems.
