As a Senior Staff Nurse Intensive Care, you will:
- Provide clinical direction and mentorship to junior staff.
- Manage complex patient care as a bedside nurse.
- Lead the six-bedded critical care unit in the absence of Sisters/Charge Nurse.
- Cover a wide range of specialities including Colorectal, Gynaecology, Thoracic, Vascular, Orthopaedics, Neuro & Spinal, and Acute Medicine.
- Maintain skills by working across multiple sites.
