Senior Quantity Surveyor:

My client is currently in search of a senior quantity surveyor to join their team in their specialist living division. This company is one of the UK's leading MEP tier 1 subcontractors, working under some of the biggest principal contractors in the market. The main responsibility of the chosen candidate will be to contribute their extensive experience to the successful delivery of a large-scale project. The project is set to take place in central London and will have a substantial MEP value ranging from £10-£15M. Therefore, it is imperative that the ideal candidate possesses prior experience in handling projects of this magnitude. Additionally, a background in residential projects is considered a must have, and having worked with tier 1 main contractors is highly preferred.

The selected senior quantity surveyor will primarily be stationed at the project site, dedicating the majority of their time to overseeing the operations on the ground. However, they will also be required to spend one day per week or fortnight at the office. This arrangement is designed to ensure that the candidate remains closely involved in the day-to-day activities of the project while also maintaining regular communication with the team at the company's headquarters. Overall, the role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to make a significant impact within a reputable organisation and contribute to the successful execution of a major development in central London.
