About the Role:

Our client, a reputable secondary school in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a dedicated History Teacher to join their team on a supply basis. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to delivering engaging and effective history lessons, fostering a love for the subject among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality history lessons to secondary school students.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
• Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but unqualified teachers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 6 months UK teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge in history and the ability to engage students in the subject matter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic educational environment.
• Must have the right to work in the UK as no sponsorship is available for this role.
