Are you looking for a fast paced weekend role overseeing quality control for a busy laboratory?

This is a fantastic chance to join an expanding chemical company offering day to day variety, personal development and a Friday to Sunday shift

The company are an established but expanding Chemicals manufacturer who have a big focus on quality and efficiency

The role involves working a 6am to 6pm shift on Fridays to Sundays over 36 hours where you will be accountable for lab based quality control for inbound and outbound items. This will involve sample testing, report writing, escalating anomalies and calibrating equipment to ensure accurate results. You will also occasionally oversee operators to ensure that they are following correct testing procedures.

The Role:

*Quality Control Chemist

*Testing, Calibrating, report writing and occasional supervision

*Friday to Sunday (6am to 6pm / 36 hours)

*Initial 12 week training taking placed Monday to Thursday

Candidate Requirements:

*Hands on Lab experience (this is not a graduate level role)

*HND chemistry or chemicals

*Quality Control Testing

*Calibrating testing equipment skills
