We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a Teacher of Special Needs to join their amazing team.
 
Responsibilities

  • This school requires a Teacher of Special Needs who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
  • There will be an expectation for the successful Teacher of Special Needs to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
  • The ideal candidate for this Teacher of Special Needs role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
  • The Teacher of Special Needs chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

 
Qualifications/Experience  

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role. 
  • Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent?to be considered for this job. 
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
