Job details:
- Responsible for approx. 18 members of staff, overseeing the day to day running of the production schedule
- Support the site supervisors in the daily allocation of production operators, ensuring effective cover across the site
- Lead production activities, KPI’s and analysing results to implement improvements where necessary
- Ensure correct procedures are implemented and followed for all machinery and processes
- Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are strictly adhered to at all times
- Responsible for the team’s sickness and absence, 1:1’s, training and development
- Implement and support the 5S process throughout the site
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 3 years Production Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- The ability to coach and encourage your team, set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance the team’s performance
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £40,000
- Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 16:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 14:00pm
- Holiday allowance – 25 days + Bank Holidays
