Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support Superstar: Assist the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer enquiries.
  • Customer Champion: Ensure exceptional customer service by handling requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Data Dynamo: Manage and update sales databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Coordination Whiz: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Sales Tracker: Help track sales performance and generate insightful reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of aviation sales exposure or a similar role in the aviation industry.
  • Organisational Skills: Superb organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. [Quantum]
  • Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Salary:

  • Competitive, subject to experience

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, Full time, Onsite.
