As a Primary Teaching Assistant in Islington, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
• Helping to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Preparing and organizing teaching materials and resources.
• Supervising students during breaks and lunchtimes.
• Participating in school events, trips, and activities.

• Must have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
