The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client's facilities.

Location: Manchester

Salary: £35,600 per annum

Employment type: Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician

An average day will include the following

• Conducting routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of a variety of systems and equipment
• Perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC repairs and installations
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

An ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work early and back shifts as required
• Full DBS check
