We are a well-established secondary school in Crawley, renowned for our commitment to academic excellence and the holistic development of our students. We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable RE Teacher to join our dynamic team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging RE lessons to students at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Religious Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching RE at secondary school level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
