Our client, a top brand Truck and Bus manufacturer and dealer, is seeking for a Dealer Point Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have ownership for the strategic business development and operations of the dealership. Also will manage, coach and develop a dedicated team of technical & administrative staff (approx. 30), delivering highest standards of customer service through excellent aftermarket practices, innovative solutions and strong leadership.

Hours: Full Time
Location: Leicester
Requirements:
- Experience of working at a similar level within the Commercial Vehicle Industry
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge, skills and achievements in a successful retail and service management position
- Excellent commercial acumen, with superb communication skills and an ability to influence at levels within the business
