Deputy F&B Manager is required for a Hotel and restaurant in the cotswolds, this role will report into the F&B manager and will be responsible for the various F&B offerings within the hotel. They do have a rosette level offering for the food side. Deputy F&B Manager Package £40,000 (£37,500 basic plus gratuities)

The role
As a Deputy F&B Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day F&B operation of the Hotel. You will support the F&B manager to ensure everything runs smoothly. They have a rosette level restaurant, bar snacks, out door dining and other offerings as well. This role will include all the normal F&B duties you will expect of a Hotel. 

Expeirence
We are looking for a candidate with a rosette knowledge and able to work in a busy fast moving operation and able to deliver great customer care. You will have good knowledge of food and drink. you will have attention to detail.
