Position: Spray Painter
Location: Ulverston
Start Date: 29th July
Duration: Approximately 5 weeks
Job Summary:
DCT Recruitment are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our client team based in Daltongate, Ulverston. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for painting 14 new apartments and communal areas using spray painting techniques. This is just plain emulsion. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 5 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Select and mix paints to achieve the desired color and texture
- Apply paint using spray guns or other appropriate tools
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Complete painting projects within given timeframes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spray Painter
- Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality finishes
- Knowledge of different paint types and their applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must have own tools
Salary:
The salary for this position is £17 per hour CIS.
