About the role:

This full-time position is pivotal in supporting our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms. You will work alongside passionate educators in a collaborative environment. The role is available due to our commitment to enhancing student support and maintaining high standards of learning and care.

Our classes boast a supportive learning environment with manageable class sizes that foster individualised attention and growth. You will contribute to the development and implementation of educational strategies tailored to meet diverse learning needs.

Application Requirements:

• Experience in supporting teaching and learning within a primary school setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders.

• A proactive approach to supporting students’ educational and emotional development.

• Relevant qualifications in education, teaching assistants, or a related field are desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons under the guidance of classroom teachers.

• Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).

• Contribute to the assessment and reporting of student progress.

• Organise and lead small group interventions to support students’ academic progress and social development, ensuring all learners have opportunities to achieve their full potential.
