Mechanical Project Manager

This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager that has a stable background in Mechanical Engineering. It will be a role working for an M&E Sub-Contractor who are of a Tier 2 size business.

Our client has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects up to a value of around 20m (M&E) within the commercial, education and leisure sectors. They have around 23 live schemes, all in and around London/Kent and would be looking for this individual to split their week from being site based and office based. You will be reporting into the Operations Director of the business and working alongside a junior mechanical engineer on site.

A Mechanical background with in-depth knowledge of AC, Ventilation and Plumbing

Proven Commercial & Residential project experience

Client facing and be able to manage stakeholder relationships

Understand technical drawings

Ability to manage site operations and coordinate the team/ sub-contractors

A salary of around £60,000 to £70,000 + car allowance and travel expenses paid
