Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise welding operations.
• Inspect and test welded joints and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.

Other Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, accidents, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Continuously improve welding skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Welding certification or qualification from a recognized institution.
• Experience with welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
