EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a skilled Paint Masker to join a precision engineering company located in North Nottingham, working permanently.

Due to the nature of the work & industries supported within this position, candidates may be subject to requiring security clearances, therefore, our client is unable to support visa applications from residents outside of the UK. Only applications meeting this criteria will be considered.

Key Benefits on offer:

• Circa £12.50 per hour + 25% on the afternoon shift 
• Alternating Days Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 12pm/Afters Monday - Thursday 2.00pm - 10.00pm, Friday 1.00pm - 8.00pm
• Overtime is available at premium rates (x1.5 after 39 hours and x2 on Sundays)

Your responsibilities include:

• As a Paint Masker, you will be masking complex and challenging components, ready to be painted and loaded
• You will be cleaning parts for inspection, inspecting components using manual measuring equipment, as well as other general maintenance requirements.

​​​​Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:​​​​

• A keen eye for details
• Manual handling capabilities
• Experience working on a shop floor/manufacturing/laboring or similar environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings 

Previous paint masking, prepping, or paint spraying experience is preferable but training will be provided for the right candidate.
