Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects?

Our client, a renowned tier 1 contractor specialising in healthcare and education projects, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team to deliver a c£80m scheme in North Yorkshire.

This permanent position requires an individual with strong experience in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically in the build sector.

Responsibilities;

• Day-to-day operational management of the project with participation in team and client meetings.
• Planning and managing the programme whilst overseeing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Supply chain management, scope gap analysis and compilation of contractor’s proposals.
• Complying with and enforcing standard policies and procedures.
• Leading the delivery of Health & Safety policy and standards.

Requirements;

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the construction industry
• HNC in construction or equivalent
• Background in managing large scale construction projects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Sound knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
