Dartford Primary Academy has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Administrator to join and enhance the work of the administration team at our school, from September 2024. This is an exciting and rare chance to join a school and play a pivotal role in its success and development, laying the path for future years. 

The ideal candidate will be an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our school office and maintaining positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy area, and will be confident in providing a professional, welcoming, efficient service, ensuring the smooth running of the school office including all office systems, social media platforms, procedures and processes. The candidate must be confident with using social media platforms, as the role will involve promoting the Academy by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions and responding to inquiries.They will be able to work flexibly under pressure, use their initiative and prioritise their workload.
