WasteRecruit is pleased to support a leading independent waste management company in the West Midlands in their search for a Skip Driver.
Company Overview
The client offers skip hire and compaction services primarily to local businesses, with all waste brought back to their own transfer station for processing.
Role Overview
The role involves:
- Dropping off, picking up, or exchanging skip containers, primarily to local businesses.
- Operating skip loading equipment.
- Performing vehicle checks.
- Ensuring all services are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 6am – 4:45pm (45 min break)
- Every second Saturday: 6am – 11am
Requirements
- Class 2 HGV licence
- CPC qualification
- Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience
- Some knowledge of the waste sector
