The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services, acting as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Applicants will show ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Service Quote Preparation: Review client requirements and specifications to prepare accurate service quotes.
Securing Service Orders: Communicate with clients to negotiate and finalize service agreements.
Delivering Services: Schedule service appointments considering client preferences/ technician availability/work permits and offshore certification.
Monitor service delivery progress, address any issues or delays, and provide updates to clients as needed.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests, updates, and issues.
Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources such as staff, equipment, and materials to support service delivery.
Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients based on completed services and agreed-upon terms.
