TRANSPORT MANAGER
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
SALARY UP TO £45K DOE
LOCATION: ERITH
You will be working within a busy London Transport Office as a Transport Manager, responsible for managing a fleet of 20 commercial vehicles and 4 members of staff.
Duties
- Routing and planning of drivers routes
- Service & Maintenance on commercial vehicles
- Allocating work for 20 commercial vehicles
- Briefing and de-briefing of drivers
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Liaising with other members of management
- Overseeing all administrative responsibilities of the department
Skills
- Knowledge of the M25 and surrounding area
- Hold a valid CPC Transport Manager qualification
- Experience in Compliance and FORS
- Previous experience of working as a Transport Manager
- Knowledge of Taco, trackers and MS Excel
