WSR are looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Support Coordinator to join the team of our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.
Role Type: Temp - 6 months, with potential for permanent opportunities within the company.
Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid working offered.
Working Hours: 8:30am to 5pm, 4:30pm finish on Fridays
Rate: £15.38 p/h (Salary of £30k)
Inside Sales Support Coordinator Responsibilities:
Primary Functions
- Handling of global SAP tickets
- Liaising with internal technical team to support customers spare parts requirements
- Processing requests for Spare Parts quotations
- Checking and processing Spare parts orders
- Following up on quotations and supporting customers to place orders
- Providing delivery notes to customers
- Liasing with the Export manager to support customs queries
- Tracking shipments and updating customers on changing delivery dates
- Adding delivery tracking to global SAP orders
- Providing cover for Goods Inwards
- Managing bookings for domestic couriers
- Assisting with transit requirements for workshop repairs
Secondary Functions
- Cover for service order booking and scheduling
- Creation of quotations for all elements of service - breakdowns and follow up visits, service level agreements, new bowls, workshop repairs and all upgrade products
- Placing orders for new bowls
- Following the repair process for new repair works
- Placing orders for upgrade products
- Following up on open quotations with customers
Inside Sales Support Coordinator Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Attributes
- Secondary Education preferrable
- SAP P11/ ERP/ CRM Systems knowledge useful
- MS Office – Excel, Word and Teams essential
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
