Customer Service Manager

Pay : £13-14pph

Reading

The client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join their team. This position is well-suited to a person who is ideally having Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities:

Day to day if a customer makes an order then you need to look after that order from start to finish.

Things like Organising invoices and creating dispatch.

Dealing with changes or amendments

Raising all the paperwork for exporting goods

Requirements:

Speaking to customer for organisation's products and/or services.

Raising invoices

Help create shipping and import and export documentation.

ONSITE In person Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
