We are working with a very passionate and popular business that has been building new premium homes for over 40 years. Due to further expansion they are looking to grow their sales team and currently recruiting for a trainee sales advisor.

The company has many sites across Berkshire and Surrey but this position will be based in or around the Basingstoke area.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to either develop their career in sales or someone who is just starting out on their working journey. All training and development for this sales advisor role will be given on the job and you will be included in some fantastic outsourced training courses (arranged by the company). You will be working with an amazing sales and construction team that will be on site with you as well as a very supportive Sales Manager and Director whom will be supervising you through your training.

The sales advisor job role will involve;

• Process sales in accordance with the companies systems, procedures, and controls
• Present developments to an excellent standard
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process
• Negotiate with customers to achieve sales

The is a full time position, working 5 days a week, some weekend work will be part of the weekly work schedule.

To be successful for this role we are looking for someone who is confident and has the passion and drive to succeed. You must have great communication skills and be able to follow set procedures and guideline.

No experience or particular qualifications are needed for this role but previous customer facing experience may help your application.
