About the Role:

As a Service Desk Analyst, your primary focus will be providing IT support for new and returning students and applicants. This is an exciting role where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and IT support to students and applicants.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Office products, and wireless network connectivity.
  • Actively listen to user concerns and focus on details to deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain motivation and adhere to processes to ensure consistent support quality.
  • Confidently raise questions and seek support when needed to continually improve service delivery.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Your friendly and professional demeanor puts users at ease.
  • Proficient IT User: Strong skills in using and troubleshooting Windows OS, Office products, and wireless networks.
  • Active Listener: Understand user needs and concerns effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all support tasks.
  • Self-Motivated: Take initiative and remain motivated to provide the best support.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established procedures to maintain service consistency.
  • Confident Communicator: Raise questions and seek support confidently to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience working on an IT Service Desk or in a customer-facing service role is significantly advantageous.
