Role Summary
The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead a team of 12 highly experienced recruiters, who are currently supplying contractors to a wide range of prestigious engineering and automotive clients throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving sales through new and existing business
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Exceeding monthly and annual gross margin targets
- Thinking strategically and bringing new ideas to the table to increase margins
- Effect changes required for improvement of staff
- Strategic calls and visits to major clients
- Hire, develop, manage and coach a high performing team of consultants
- Effective team development and budget management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be highly motivational and used to inspiring and leading recruitment teams. They will have hands-on experience in managing successful teams, developing business and be a strategic thinker within the engineering recruitment sector. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to innovate are crucial, as well as being able to evidence key achievements and challenges they have accomplished in both their personal and professional life.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of £60-80k DOE
- OTE in excess of £100k
