Our client is a multi-faceted Group with operations in ROI and also in NI – they operate across multiple sectors /industries including but not limited to manufacturing, engineering, roofing and retail.
They currently wish to employ an Sales Administrator and Co-ordinator at their site East Donegal to join their dynamic, innovative and hardworking team.
The Groups business interests are all based in the North part of Ireland on either side of the border.

The role:
To work with the Doors sales team in a customer facing role and be responsible for the effective day-to-day sales, administration and co-ordination of the company.
Principle Functions
• Manage and co-ordinate the activities of the sales, fitting and delivery teams
• Administer and process orders
• Manage correspondence
• Administer and co-ordinate purchase orders, invoicing and sales reports
• Additional office-based activities as required by Management
• Work within company guidelines for safe working practices and use of PPE
• Housekeeping
• Any other duties
Skills, Education and Experience
• Prior office management / co-ordination experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Ability to work without supervision, on own initiative and to supervise and support others
• Good communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Prioritisation, organisation, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong record keeping and report writing skills
• Ability to plan and prioritise workloads to agreed deadlines

• A positive, can-do attitude with an open mind and willingness to learn
• An interest in people, working as part of a team and contributing positively to the culture of the organisation

Job Details Contract Type: Permanent
Hours of Work: Normal working hours are Monday – Thursday 08.00 –17.00 and Friday 08.00 – 14.00
Salary: Depending on experience
