The Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful Automotive division. This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who has over two years’ experience within agency recruitment. We value drive and enthusiasm and are committed to supporting your career progression with a dedicated learning and development team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise your recruitment expertise to identify and seize opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with your candidates and clients.
• Carry out the full recruitment process from start to finish. 
• Engage in our bespoke training programme, tailored to rapidly enhance your market knowledge.
• Positively contribute to our team dynamics and company culture.
