Position: Freelance Site Manager

Project: EWI and Rendering on Hotel Refurbishment

Location: Derby

Contract Duration: 12 weeks

Rate: £260 - £280 per day

Role Overview:

Building Careers UK is seeking an experienced freelance site manager to oversee an EWI and rendering project for the refurbishment of a hotel in Derby. The successful candidate will ensure project completion on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in EWI and rendering projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid CSCS, First aid and SMSTS
