Body Shop Technical Trainer

Location: Remote / Mobile covering sites across England.
Salary: £35,000- £45,000 depending on experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Are you a Body Shop Technical Trainer looking for a new challenge?

At Storm Auto Services, an opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic individual to join the dynamic team supporting the delivery of technical training to the Body shop industry.

About The Role:

As an Body Shop Technical Trainer you will be responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the training delivery, assessments of candidates and individuals up and down the country.

Responsibilities:

•  Be responsible for delivering and managing all components of delegate progress in-line with the key IMI processes
•  Arrange and deliver technical training courses
•  Maintain delegate training records for reporting purposes
•  Mentor delegates
•  Attend training meetings at our head office
•  Keep up to date with technical and academic knowledge

What we need from you:

We would like you to have outstanding communication, and organisational skills while demonstrating a positive and professional manor. We would also like you to be an experienced and confident trainer or lecturer who has experience of being in front of a classroom. Able to use Word, PowerPoint and Excel to manage and collect information.

Qualifications:

•  IMI accredited assessor
•  IMI accreditations or qualifications
