Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Rotherham

Salary: Up to £22,308 (OTE over £25,000)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Operating on a rotational shift minimum 2 late nights a week & weekends on a rota basis system between the hours of: 9.00 am - 8.00 pm, Monday to Friday and 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Saturday & Sunday

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide information on a range of product products, and services and cover any queries they may have regarding eligibility for a loan and the underwriting process. Full training will be provided across mortgages, remortgages, and secured and unsecured loan products along with ongoing training and development to enhance your skills in achieving your objectives. Bonuses are paid when a customer enquiry converts to an application.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers
  • Providing information on products and services to customers
  • Working as part of a team to meet SLAs
  • Meeting conversion targets
  • Supporting the wider sales and underwriting teams

Experience required:

  • Customer Service and Sales ability
  • Target driven
  • Team player
  • A high level of grammar, numeracy and computer literacy will be required
